Shipping and Handling
We ship to worldwide (eg. USA, Europe, UK, Japan, Brazil etc.)For normal order (less than 10 Kg or 22 lb), we will ship them via International Registered Air Mail. Delivery normally takes 1-2 weeks from Thailand.
For large order or express delivery, please contact our customer support (support@tuffboxing.com) before place order.
Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products or services, you may request a full refund according to the below condition:
1. Request a refund before the item shipped and being in production process
You may request a FULL refund or request a store credit before the item shipped and being in production process. The refund will be issued within 30 days of payment.
2. Request a refund for duplicated payment
You may request a FULL refund or request a store credit for duplicated payment. The refund will be issued within 10 days of payment.
3. Request a refund after items received
You MUST inform your request within 7 days as of arrival date. The item(s) MUST be in in brand new condition. A refund is issued at product price (Shipping and Handing will NOT be refunded). A refund is issued within 30 days after item(s) return to our office. Additional shipping costs may be added to your store credit.
